Beavercreek Track & Field

INDOOR SEASON 2025-2026

Indoor Track and Field is not an official OHSAA sport, it is managed by the OATCCC. The Beavercreek Athletic Department does not charge athletes the $250 participation fee that it does for other sports. BUT the athletic department does not pay the costs for the indoor meets that the team attends. We also have other expenses that we must pay that the athletic department will not pay. Because of this, we must charge a team fee for indoor track. We will continue our uniform plan from the previous year. We will have multiple uniforms that families will purchase from a Team Store and the athletes will keep the uniforms. The goal is to keep the cost under $250 for everything. This might not happen if you’re buying the warm-up jacket & pants but that will be a cost that you can exclude from outdoor costs.

Indoor track meets are limited based on the number of meets per week, location, number of athletes per event, and qualification standards. There will be at least 3 meets for all athletes. If athletes are not available due to personal circumstances, there will not be additional make-up meets based on meet availability.

The cost of Indoor Track does not count towards your overall athletic fees.

There could be additional costs for those that travel for hotel and food such as the University of Michigan and OATCC State Championship meets.

o We do have some limited supplies of pants and jackets that can be purchased at a reduced price. Please reach out to Coach May to see if sizes are available before you purchase in the Team Store.

Team Fee Payment Options:

1) Write a check made out to Beavercreek Athletic Boosters

a. On the memo line, write Indoor Track Fee and Athlete’s name

2) Pay using Venmo

a. Ensure you put Athlete’s name and Indoor Track Fee

UNIFORMS

Families will purchase all indoor track uniforms and athletes will keep their uniforms. A Team Store will be available starting at the end of October for purchase. If athletes do not have these uniforms, they will not be able to compete. We have worked very hard this fall with FTTF to get some price reductions, especially on last year’s items. Even though FTTF has seen an increase in their prices, they have worked with us to drop some of the prices.

REGULAR SEASON (Required) - All athletes will need to purchase a black singlet, if they have this uniform from the past season, they are not required to purchase new. We will wear black shorts with this singlet purchased on your own or already owned by the athlete. These shorts still are required to meet the OHSAA rules. A single manufacturer’s logo/trademark/reference, no more than 21/4 sq in with no dimension more than 21/4 in, is permitted on the top or one-piece uniform. Bottoms may have the manufacturer’s logo/trademark/reference larger than 21/4 sq in around the waistband.

Loose fit is $29.99 and compression is $39.99. Arm sleeves are optional!

POSTSEASON ORANGE - Men & Women can purchase the Postseason Orange singlet and shorts. These uniforms will be used for the out-of-state and the State Championship meets. If they purchase this uniform and do not qualify for a meet where the alternate uniform is going to be worn, they will have another chance to wear this uniform at another designated meet during the outdoor season.

Compression Jersey is $42.99. Loose fit shorts are $29.99 and compression shorts are $25.99. Arm sleeves are optional!

We will only offer compression for the jersey due to minimum printing standards.

ALTERNATE (WOMEN) - Women can purchase the ALTERNATE pink singlet and shorts from the past season but not required. Arm sleeves are optional!

ALTERNATE (MEN) - Men can purchase the ALTERNATE grey singlet and shorts from the past season but not required. Arm sleeves are optional!

WARMUP JACKET & PANTS - It is recommended that athletes purchase the outdoor season warmup jacket and pants, this will be a requirement during outdoor season. Athletes traveling for indoor meets will be required to wear plain black pants and black jacket during indoor season if they do not wear the team warm up gear. Again, if you’re going to purchase warmup gear, reach out to Coach May (enoch.may@beavercreek.k12.oh.us) to see if there are available sizes for a reduced price before ordering. Jacket is $44.99 and pants are $39.99.
